SolSolution at the Forum March 7

At the next Forum we present a start-up with the audacity to tackle two big problems at once: energy and education.

Founded by Dr. Soren Harrison, SolSolution is a non-profit with the mission to 1) generate clean, renewable electricity and 2) increase the quality of STEM education in underprivileged schools.

Soren is a scientist and entrepreneur with a strong background in engineering and physics, and a passion for energy and the environment. He completed his doctoral research at the MIT Plasma Science and Fusion Center, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering and Engineering Physics at University of Wisconsin, Madison. Soren is an active member of the MIT entrepreneurial and energy community, and served on the 2009 MIT Clean Energy Prize Organizing Team as the Mentorship Chair.

Join us 8 a.m., Wednesday, March 7, to see how SolSolution plans to pull this off.
